It is not a decision-making body. It will be in charge of implementing the decisions the General Council makes and propositions of the Advisory Committee. It will also maintain coordination between commissions and present the propositions of them to the General Council.

It will be operating in coordination with Turkey Implementation Commission under the supervision of the General Council which will be fully responsible of the organization of DTF and carrying out required arrangements for meetings.
